Pastor Scott Clifford

Scott and Jebraun Clifford came to New Zealand in 2003 with their three children (Terah, Caleb and Owen) with a clear calling from the Lord and a verse as their guide. The verse was:
For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel. (Ezra 7:10)

The application of this verse in the ministry is three-fold. Seek it, do it, teach it. The out-flow of this verse has been expositional teaching of the Bible in the church, a focus on missions & ministry and the development of a Bible College and discipleship program.

The Cliffords had spent 10 years, as a couple, in the ministry of Calvary Chapel on the Central Coast of California. During this equipping season they served in various capacities of local churches, including ministry, eldership and teaching. Their heart is to see the church of God operating in "Spirit and Truth", with a balance of the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit in a way that allows the Gospel to be preached with signs confirming. They are currently serving in Calvary Chapel Rotorua on the lovely Central Plateau of the North Island of NZ.
