First time students Complete an application form With three referees Send with a  non refundable deposit of 500NZD - to secure a place Deposit  can be paid in USD, in the sum of 350 USD + 5 USD check cashing fee Returning students Complete a returning student application Send in together with cheque for 500NZD Deposit  can be paid in USD, in the sum of 350 USD + 5 USD check cashing fee (Please make checks payable to Calvary Chapel Bible Institute)
